Group Senior FP&A Analyst

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a large, international organisation as they look to appoint a Group Senior FP&A Analyst into their established Group Finance function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to develop their career within a highly visible Group FP&A environment. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, international stakeholders and key strategic planning processes, making it an excellent next step for someone looking to broaden their commercial and analytical experience.

Working as part of a high-performing Group Finance team, you will play a key role in delivering budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across a complex international business.

This is a commercially focused FP&A role, offering exposure to financial modelling, performance analysis, business planning and executive-level reporting, whilst providing the opportunity to influence decision-making through high-quality financial insight.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
• Consolidating and analysing financial submissions from multiple business units
• Producing insightful analysis around performance, trends, risks and opportunities
• Delivering detailed variance analysis and performance commentary for senior stakeholders
• Supporting the preparation of Executive and Board-level reporting packs
• Developing and enhancing financial models to improve planning and forecasting accuracy
• Partnering with finance and operational stakeholders across the wider business
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, planning processes and financial insight
• Supporting ad-hoc commercial analysis and strategic projects

You will ideally possess:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or financial planning
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A desire to continuously improve processes and add value beyond the numbers
