Gunners & Loaders

M&E Global is currently recruiting experienced Gunners and Loaders to support 
upcoming Challenger 3 trials. These roles offer structured training, and the chance to 
work on one of the most advanced armoured vehicle programmes in the UK.

Duties:
• Operate the vehicles in accordance with their training and the Crew Handbook (draft AESP).
• Support Maintenance of the vehicle at level 1, and where trained, higher levels of repair (e.g. Level  2 and 3)
• Support in root cause investigations during failures, including accurate reporting of events.
• Conduct Trials across a variety of locations, including, but not limited to: RBSL Telford, Bovington 
Training Area, Kirkcudbright Training Centre (Scotland) and third-party trial’s locations.
