Contract: Full-time | 12-Month Project (Potential for Extension)

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Double Handed Care Project in Hackney. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated review team, helping to deliver innovative care solutions that promote independence and improve outcomes for service users.

• Deliver specialist occupational therapy services as part of the Double Handed Care Project.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
• Provide expert moving and handling assessments and recommendations.
• Train and support care staff to ensure safe and effective implementation of care plans.
• Review and adapt care plans in line with best practice and service user needs.
• Maintain accurate case records and undertake community visits as required.

• HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
• Significant experience in moving and handling assessments.
• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Competitive pay rate of £36.00 per hour.
• Full-time, ongoing contract with an initial 12-month duration.
