Education Matters Group is looking for a Hair & Beauty Lecturer to support learners aged 16–19 studying a Level 3 Beauty course at a London college.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who wants to help young people develop their skills, build confidence and prepare for a future in the industry.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering engaging lessons that bring beauty theory and practical learning to life.
- Helping students develop their technical skills and understanding of industry standards.
- Assessing learners' work and providing guidance to help them improve.
- Supporting students with their progress, attendance and personal development.
- Creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to succeed.
- Working with colleagues to ensure students receive the support they need.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Beauty.
- Experience teaching or training in Beauty, ideally at Level 3.
- A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners.
- A supportive, organised and flexible approach to teaching.
