Handyman – King's Lynn – Ongoing Contract – ASAP Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to work on a busy new-build residential development in King's Lynn. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be carrying out a range of snagging and finishing works to ensure completed properties are ready for handover. You must be confident working independently and delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of trades.

Duties will include:

• Completing snagging works on new-build homes
• Basic carpentry and joinery repairs
• Repairing minor plastering and decorating defects
• Fitting and adjusting doors, skirting boards and architraves
• Masticing, sealing and finishing works
• Replacing damaged fixtures and fittings
• General maintenance and remedial works
• Working from snagging lists to meet handover deadlines
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools and full PPE
• Previous experience working as a Handyman on residential construction sites
• Strong snagging and finishing skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
