Handyman

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to join an office fit-out project. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, skilled operative who takes pride in their work and can work efficiently as part of a busy site team.

The Role

You’ll be supporting the fit-out team with a range of general handyman and finishing duties, including:

• General snagging and finishing works
• Basic carpentry and making good
• Installing fixtures, fittings and furniture
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Assisting other trades where required
• Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised
• Completing works to a high standard and within project deadlines

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker card – essential
• Previous experience working on commercial/office fit-out projects
• Own tools suitable for general handyman/fit-out works
• Good knowledge of general construction and finishing works
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Full PPE
