Handyman – External Maintenance / EWI Projects

Location: Ealing, West London
Duration: Up to 6 months

We currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman to work with a reputable main contractor on external maintenance works across EWI (External Wall Insulation) projects in Ealing.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual to join an established contractor, with up to six months of work available for the right candidate and an immediate start on offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general external maintenance and repair works across EWI projects.

• Undertake window and door sealing to ensure effective weatherproofing.

• Carry out gutter maintenance, including clearing, minor repairs and general upkeep.

• Undertake minor brickwork and concrete repairs.

• Carry out small digging and groundworks tasks as required.

• Assist with general site maintenance and other ad hoc duties.

• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.

• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Handyman, Maintenance Operative or in a similar construction role.

• Practical experience in general building maintenance and external repairs.

• Experience with window and door sealing, guttering or basic brickwork would be advantageous.

• A good understanding of site health and safety.

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.

• Relevant CSCS card preferred.
