Handyman / Labourer

Handyman / Labourer Needed! 

Location: CV10 postcode & Surrounding areas
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We're looking for a Handyman / Labourer to work on void properties. 

Duties include:

• Property clearances
• Removing furniture and belongings
• Property cleaning and valets
• Carpet cleaning
• General labouring and handyman duties

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience in a similar labouring, handyman, voids, cleaning, or property maintenance role
• Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A company vehicle is provided during working hours; however, candidates must be able to travel to and from the office each day.

This role will start on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
