Handyman

We immediately require a Handyman on a large residential scheme in Watford.

Job Specification:

• Carry out general handyman duties on a residential development.
• Complete snagging, making good, and finishing works to a high standard.
• Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Work with natural and engineered stone, including repairs, polishing, and finishing.
• Assist with the installation and adjustment of stone elements where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area.
• Liaise with site management to complete works in line with programme requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven handyman experience on residential construction projects.
• Previous experience working with natural and engineered stone is essential.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
