Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised while supporting tradespeople and site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site labouring duties.
• Assisting tradespeople with materials and equipment.
• Keeping site tidy and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
• Removing waste and ensuring designated storage areas are organised.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Reporting hazards, incidents, or defects to site management.
• Carrying out other duties as instructed by the Site Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous construction site experience preferred but not essential.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Good understanding of health and safety on site.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Good level of physical fitness.
• Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential.
