Skilled Careers are currently looking for an experienced Handyman / Steel Bolter to join a busy construction site in Hornchurch.

The role will involve bolting up steelwork on site. There will be no heavy lifting required, as a crane is on site to assist with moving and positioning the steel.

Duties:

• Bolting up and securing steelwork

• Using hand and power tools

• Working alongside the steel and construction team

• Following site health & safety procedures

• General site duties as required

Required Tools:

Candidates must have their own:

• Socket set

• Ratchet gun

• Spanners

Requirements:

• Previous experience bolting up steel or working with structural steel

• Construction site experience

• Reliable and hardworking

• Good understanding of site safety

• Full PPE – hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots
