We are looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy construction site in Virginia Water to provide holiday cover until 31st August 2026.
The successful candidate will be carrying out a variety of site maintenance and finishing tasks, so we are looking for someone who is versatile and happy to undertake a range of duties.
Duties include:
- Basic Carpentry and joinery works
- Painting and making good
- Installation and maintenance of site protection
- Installation and maintenance of site signage
- Builder's Work in Connection (BWIC)
- Grouting works
- Minor concrete works, including small pours and breaking out
- HERAS fencing and hoarding repairs
- Barrier installation and maintenance
- General construction site maintenance
Requirements:
- Proven carpentry or handyman experience on construction sites
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to site location)
- Reliable and able to work independently
