Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care Team at Haringey Council.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to work with adults who have complex care and therapy needs, helping to deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and positive outcomes for service users, carers, and families.

• Undertake assessments for adults with complex care and therapy needs across Adult Social Care services.
• Provide robust decision-making and risk management to support effective care planning.
• Identify and implement appropriate care pathways for individuals with complex needs.
• Deliver person-centred interventions that promote independence and improve outcomes.
• Act as a recognised specialist within the Occupational Therapy field.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of practice, policy, and service improvement.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Sensory Impairment Practitioners, and Equipment Managers.
• Support the Team Manager and deputise when required.

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Previous experience working within Adult Social Care.
• Experience completing complex assessments and managing risk effectively.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.
