• Previous experience in a Head Chef role, ideally within a hotel or similar hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Outstanding knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards
• Creative and forward-thinking approach to menu planning and kitchen management
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering quality dining experiences
