A fantastic Head Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon (with Live In available if required), is available for a popular fresh food pub which has an excellent reputation.

Deep in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside, this is an outstanding 17th century inn, complete with exposed beams, flagstone floors, oak furniture, open fireplaces…and a warm welcome.

Paying a salary in the region of £50k, you will have the support of an excellent Sous Chef and a team of around 8 others in the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to make your mark on the menu, with specials changing multiple times per week based on the best local produce available.

Live In Head Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon, Highlights:

• Base salary around £50,000 - negotiated on experience.
• Excellent tips on top of salary - usually anywhere between £2-£6 per hour extra.
• Performance bonuses to be discussed individually.
• 40-45 hours per week.
• Full team in place – strong Sous Chef ready to support you.

• Closed on Christmas Day.
• Live In/ Accommodation available if required – a private self-contained flat with kitchen and bathroom etc. £600 per month.

Live In Head Chef job in Stratford Upon Avon, Ideal Experience:

• Prior experience of running a busy kitchen operation. The venue will do around 300 covers on a Sunday.
• Fresh food, high-quality pub experience is also essential.
• Access to your own vehicle is required (unless you take the Live In option).
