As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen team and play a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

• Lead and support the kitchen team, allocating preparation tasks effectively.
• Ensure all food is prepared and produced to a high standard while maintaining food hygiene standards.
• Prepare a range of baked items, including scones, bread, cakes and pastries.
• Create seasonal baked items to complement the offering.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with relevant departments.
• Support the development and progression of junior members of the team.

We're looking for a confident Head Chef who combines strong kitchen leadership with proven baking experience.

• Previous experience as a Head Chef.
• A strong background in baking or bakery production.
• A genuine interest in nurturing and developing junior team members.
• A positive, supportive approach to team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the location.
