We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious private estate in West Sussex, leading the culinary offering for a new restaurant in the Arts Foundation development. You'll work with exceptional organic produce, artisan suppliers and a talented estate team to create memorable small-plates dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the café operation and create an exceptional guest experience.

• Develop and deliver a high-quality small-plates menu
• Work closely with the Estate Executive Chef and management team
• Use organic produce from the estate and trusted artisan suppliers
• Lead, support and develop the kitchen team
• Maintain consistently high standards across food quality and presentation
• Help deliver dining experiences for special events when required
• Manage kitchen operations in line with food safety and quality standards

What we're looking for:
You'll be an accomplished chef with a passion for quality produce and creative dining.

• Previous Head Chef experience at 3 Rosette level or a similar standard
• Proven experience leading a high-performing kitchen team
• Strong menu development skills, ideally within a small-plates concept
• A passion for locally sourced, organic ingredients
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• A hands-on, collaborative approach to leadership
• Flexibility to work additional days or hours when required for events
