Head Chef – Cambridge

Up to £50,000 | 37.5 Hours

Great opportunity for an experienced Head Chef in Cambridge.

We are looking for a strong kitchen leader to take ownership of the food operation.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead and develop the kitchen team.
  • Take ownership of the menu.
  • Create and develop new dishes.
  • Train and coach the team.
  • Manage food costs and GP.
  • Control stock and ordering.
  • Maintain high food and hygiene standards.
  • Manage allergens and compliance.
  • Support P&L and kitchen budgets.
  • Work closely with the wider hotel team.
What we're looking for
  • Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong menu development experience.
  • Good knowledge of food costs and GP.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Passionate about food.
  • Confident training and developing a team.
  • Ideally 5+ years' industry experience.
