A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Head of Brand to join a fast-growing beauty brand during an exciting stage of its growth.

With an established presence across ecommerce and retail, the business has experienced impressive growth and is now investing further in its brand and creative function. As part of this, they're looking to appoint their first Head of Brand to help shape the next phase of the business.

Reporting directly to the Digital Director and working closely with the Founder and senior leadership team, this is a genuine opportunity to influence the future direction of the brand. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, creative direction and team development while helping drive the next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

As Head of Brand, you'll take ownership of the overall brand strategy, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a clear and consistent brand identity.

Leading the brand and creative function, you'll oversee brand campaigns, content, PR, influencer marketing and organic social, while managing and developing the in-house creative team. This is a broad leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration, bringing structure, direction and creativity to an already successful and ambitious business.

Working closely with the Founder, Digital, Ecommerce, Product and Commercial teams, you'll ensure the brand continues to evolve while delivering engaging campaigns that support both customer engagement and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall brand strategy across ecommerce and retail channels.
• Lead and inspire the brand and creative function, ensuring consistent brand execution across every customer touchpoint.
• Manage and develop the in-house creative team while overseeing external creative resource where required.
• Oversee brand campaigns, creative direction and content planning.
• Lead PR, influencer marketing and organic social strategy to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Work closely with the Founder and Digital Director to bring new ideas and campaigns to life.
• Ensure brand activity supports wider commercial objectives and business growth.
• Manage budgets, resource planning and creative workloads across the team.
• Introduce greater structure, processes and efficiencies within the creative function.
• Collaborate closely with Digital, Ecommerce, Product and Commercial teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Head of Brand, Senior Brand Manager or Brand Lead with a proven track record of building and growing consumer brands within a fast-paced environment.

You'll ideally have experience in:

• Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion or another fast-paced consumer brand.
• Developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Leading creative teams within a growing business.
• Managing PR, influencer marketing, content and organic social.
• Working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
• Managing budgets, priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Taking a commercially minded approach, balancing creativity with business objectives.
