Your responsibilities as Head of Business Operations
  • Lead and continually improve operational performance across the organisation, ensuring efficient, consistent and high quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies, operational frameworks and business processes that support sustainable growth.
  • Oversee facilities, suppliers, administrative support and corporate services to maintain an effective working environment.
  • Manage key people functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR compliance.
  • Support organisational development through effective governance, reporting structures, succession planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, marketing activity and cross functional projects while supporting senior leadership on operational risk and business continuity.
What we're looking for in a Head of Business Operations
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Proven background leading operational or corporate services functions within a professional or regulated environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience overseeing governance, operational improvement and multi disciplinary business functions.
