- Develop and implement policies, operational frameworks and business processes that support sustainable growth.
- Oversee facilities, suppliers, administrative support and corporate services to maintain an effective working environment.
- Manage key people functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR compliance.
- Support organisational development through effective governance, reporting structures, succession planning and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, marketing activity and cross functional projects while supporting senior leadership on operational risk and business continuity.
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
- Proven background leading operational or corporate services functions within a professional or regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Experience overseeing governance, operational improvement and multi disciplinary business functions.
