Salary: £50,000 Basic | £70,000 OTE + Benefits

We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Head of Business (or General Sales Manager looking to step up) to lead a successful, multi-franchised automotive retail operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious automotive leader to take full responsibility for the performance of a well-established dealership operation, driving growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Role

As Head of Business, you will take full accountability for the performance of the dealership, working closely with departmental management teams across sales, aftersales, finance and administration.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering commercial growth and sustained profitability.

Leading, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.

Driving exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Managing all aspects of dealership operations and performance.

Ensuring compliance, governance and operational excellence.

Building a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.

Developing and executing effective business plans to achieve agreed growth and performance objectives.

About You

We are looking for a proven automotive retail leader with experience managing a multi-franchised dealership operation.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Head of Business (or General Sales Manager looking to step up)

A strong track record of delivering financial and operational results.

Experience leading teams within a multi-franchise dealership environment.

Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

The ability to drive performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

A hands-on and visible leadership approach, suited to a more focused dealership operation.

What's On Offer?

Basic salary of £50,000.

On-target earnings of £70,000.
