Are you a Senior Civils Engineer with experience running and managing a team of Engineers, looking to become the go to technical expert within one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry?

Are you looking for a role with complete autonomy, where you will have the opportunity to build your team of Engineers, with a clear scope to progress into a director level role in the future?

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuing all KPI's are met across the board.

This role would suit a Senior Civil Engineer with experience managing a team looking to play a vital role within a rapidly growing business.

The Role:

• Managing and developing a team of Civil Engineers
• Managing key residential and commercial accounts
• Ensuring all KPI's are met - reposting directly to the directors
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm
