Head of Dilapidations

This is a Permanent, Full-time position leading a specialist commercial dilapidations service line with responsibility for technical delivery, client relationships, fee performance, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial dilapidations instructions from strategy to settlement
- Grow the specialist service line through business development and client management
- Deliver fee targets while maintaining profitability and technical standards
- Improve quality control, templates, and service delivery processes
- Mentor surveyors and support wider Building Surveying consultancy services
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong Building Surveying background
- Specialist commercial dilapidations consultancy experience
- Proven client development, commercial management, and technical leadership capability
Salary & Package
- £100,000–£110,000 salary
- £7,700 car allowance
- 20% over-target bonus
