As Head of Drama, you will inspire students through engaging and creative lessons while leading the strategic development of the department. The Ideal Candidate

You will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience desirable.
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for Drama and the performing arts.
• Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire both students and colleagues.
• Be committed to raising achievement and delivering an exceptional educational experience.
