Head of Finance

An established well respected organisation based in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their team. What will the Head of Finance role involve?

Suitable Candidate for the Head of Finance vacancy:

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role with a demonstrable strong understanding of finance systems, ERP, or financial management software
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and organisational skills
• Ability to lead change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working
