- Contract: 9-month fixed term contract
- Working pattern: Full-time – 35 hours per week
- Working arrangement: Hybrid working 2 to 3 days in the office

As the Head of Health and Safety you will be:
- Managing the strategic and operational delivery of the H&S on behalf of the organisation
- Supporting the implementation of new compliance-management systems
- Developing and updating policies and procedures
- Working with the wider property management team to focus on the big 6 of compliance and building safety programmes as the key representative
- Leading a team providing 1-2-1s, training and support where needed
The successful Head of Health and Safety will:
- Demonstrate strong strategic and operational H&S leadership experience
- Experience across compliance
- Public sector experience in a leadership role
- NEBOSH General
This role would suit an experienced Health and Safety Manager or Compliance Manager looking to step into a Head of service role.
