Head of Housing & Support

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Housing & Support to lead our Supported Housing team and help shape the future of our organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role offering the opportunity to influence strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure outstanding outcomes for our tenants.

What you’ll be responsible for:

✅ Leading supported housing operations

✅ Delivering high-quality tenancy management and tenancy sustainment services

✅ Overseeing Intensive Housing Management services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex care needs

✅ Ensuring compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding and health & safety requirements

✅ Managing contracts, partnerships and stakeholder relationships

✅ Driving service performance, income management and tenancy sustainability

✅ Developing and leading a high-performing team

✅ Supporting service growth, innovation and continuous improvement

✅ Acting as deputy to the Managing Director when required

About You

We’re looking for an inspiring leader who:

✔ Has significant experience in supported housing management and infrastructure & policy development

✔ Understands the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex support needs

✔ Has experience leading teams and driving performance

✔ Is passionate about delivering person-centred services

✔ Can build strong partnerships with local authorities, registered providers, care providers and commissioners

✔ Combines commercial awareness with compassion and strong values

✔ Is committed to promoting independence, dignity and positive outcomes for tenants
