The business is continuing to expand its investment monitoring offering and is looking for a senior professional to help develop this area further. You will have the opportunity to bring your existing relationships and market knowledge into the business while helping shape the future strategy of the service line.

This role suits a success-driven leader who wants to build a bigger platform-growing a service line, leading people, and developing toward board level over time.

The Role:

• Lead and grow the bank / investment monitoring service line within a national real estate consultancy
• Hands-on delivery plus business development, performance targets, and mentoring junior team members
• Lead and develop the investment monitoring service line
• Deliver bank and investment monitoring instructions from end to end
• Develop and implement the business plan for the monitoring service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Support the management and development of the technical team
• Drive technical quality, commercial performance and best practice

The Person:

• Background in consultancy, banking, or asset management
• Proven investment monitoring experience
• Highly client-focused with the drive to grow a service line and win work
