Lead Marketing That Makes a Difference An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to join a well-established, purpose-driven organisation with a strong national and international presence. This pivotal role will lead the operational marketing function, ensuring campaigns are planned, developed and delivered effectively across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will transform organisational priorities into engaging marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement and measurable results.
This position would suit an experienced marketing leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is passionate about creating campaigns that inspire action.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events and content channels.
- Ensure all campaigns are effectively briefed, resourced, delivered and evaluated.
- Translate audience insights and organisational objectives into compelling marketing activity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to maximise campaign impact and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance using data and insight.
- Manage budgets, resources and operational priorities to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead, motivate and develop a marketing team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing communications.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience within a senior marketing leadership role.
- A proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to think strategically whilst maintaining operational focus.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience using data and insight to drive decision-making and campaign performance.
- A proactive, collaborative and results-driven approach.
