The Role Reporting into the HR & Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational delivery of services across multiple teams, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, customer service, and performance are consistently achieved.
You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable plans, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence remains at the heart of everything the business delivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of operational managers.
- Drive performance, productivity, and service standards across operational functions.
- Oversee resource planning, workload management, and operational delivery.
- Analyse KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement sustainable solutions to operational challenges.
- Lead change initiatives and support the successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- At least 5 years' experience within an operational leadership or service delivery environment.
- Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
- A proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering results.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams through change and transformation.
- The ability to remain calm, decisive, and focused under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salary of £60,000 per annum
- £4,800 Car Allowance
