An excellent opportunity for a Head of Operations to join an established food manufacturing site.

You’ll lead the operation, making sure the factory runs safely, smoothly and efficiently, while driving quality, performance and customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for a strong, visible leader who can win hearts and minds, build great teams and bring people with them.

Someone who is comfortable on the shop floor but also has the strategic mindset to drive long-term improvement and Operational Excellence.

You’ll need:

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Strong operational and people leadership skills
• A hands-on, visible leadership style
• Drive, ambition and pace
• The gravitas and personality to influence and engage at all levels
