Head of Product | £75,000 - £90,000 | Product Strategy

My client is looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategic direction of their product portfolio, drive innovation, and develop a high-performing product team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product leader who can define product vision, shape long-term strategy, and work collaboratively across Engineering, UX, Commercial, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience leading Product Managers and Product Owners.
• A strong track record of developing and delivering successful product strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within agile product environments.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making with a strong customer focus.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
