Following significant growth and investment, they are looking to appoint a Head of Production to play a pivotal role in the next phase of their journey.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the production function and help drive operational excellence across the site.

This is a fully site-based position in Cheltenham, offering a salary of up to £80,000 for the right individual.
