Your Role as Head of Sales will include:
* Developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
* Building, leading and developing a high-performing sales team
* Driving new business growth while developing key client relationships
* Managing sales performance, KPIs and forecasting
* Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth

The successful Head of Sales will have:
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
* Strong background within electrical compliance, testing & inspection or facilities management
* Track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth
* Experience building, managing and developing successful sales teams
* Commercial mindset with the ambition to grow a department
