Areas to be covered: National (ideally based North West)

Remuneration: £70,000 - £80,000

The role of the Head of Sales – Passive Fire Protection / Fire Resistant Products will involve:

• Head of Sales position selling a high quality range of passive fire protection / fire resistant products
• Manage, develop and coach a team of 5 regional sales reps
• Manage the sales budget for the team
• Player manager selling to & generating specification with architects, specifiers, drylining contractors, specialist fire protection contractors, building envelope contractors
• Order values will range from £20k-£300k+ depending on project size and scope
• Focusing on projects such as: hotels, universities and commercial buildings
• Will be working alongside General Manager

The ideal applicant will be a Head of Sales – Passive Fire Protection / Fire Resistant Products with:

• Must have experience technical specification experience selling to architects, dry lining contractors, building envelope contractors and sub-contractors
• Must have people management experience
• Open in terms of products sold if you have technical specification experience and managed a team previously
• Ideally have passive fire protection products for example: drylining, boarding, cavity barriers, thermal protection, plasterboards, insulation, partition systems, panel wall systems, fire resistant panels, insulation, blockwork walls, durasteel and acoustics
