Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped OTE circa £100,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a growing business and play a key role in its continued success.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, leading and mentoring the sales team, and identifying new commercial opportunities. The role offers a mix of office-based working and client visits, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive new business acquisition while growing existing client relationships.
- Set ambitious sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Identify new markets and revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous improvement.

You'll have:
- Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role.

Experience within electrical compliance, testing & inspection or facilities management is essential.
