Are you a Operational Leader from a Facilities Management or Commercial Catering Equipment background or similar looking for a truly autonomous role within a growing business which will support you further develop your career?

This growing company are looking for a Head of Service Operations to drive business forward and manage the day to day operations including running the Service Department, Managing PPM agreements and departmental KPI's.

This role would suit someone based in Grimsby, with a proven track record in Operational Leadership coming from a Facilities Management, Utilities, Fire and Security, Commercial Catering background, or similar.

This role:

• Taking ownership of all aspects in the Service department
• Managing departmental KPI's
• Market strategy, planning and implementation
• Customer Facing, Building strong relationships and managing customer issues
• Office based (Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30 pm) with flexible working hours

The person:

• Proven track record in Operational leadership (Preferably Facilities Management, Commercial Catering Equipment or similar)
• Commutable to Grimsby
