The person
This is a warm, close team that actually likes each other. They talk about safety in a positive way and celebrate good reporting rather than pointing fingers. We are looking for someone who gets stuck in, spots what needs doing before being asked, and can engage and encourage site teams to follow best safety practice, as well as demonstrate health and safety performance and improvements at board level. If you lead with a clipboard and a frown, this is not the job for you. If you bring people with you and are honest when you don't know something, we would love to hear from you.
