We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This is a key leadership role for a commercially minded, results-focused individual who can drive operational performance, develop teams and deliver structured continuous improvement within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment operations, including warehousing, inventory and supplier performance.
• Drive operational KPIs including inventory accuracy and cost-to-serve.
• Lead supplier management and identify opportunities to improve cost, service and performance.
• Develop and lead managers and operational teams, establishing clear direction, accountability and performance standards and maintain high standards of quality, compliance and operational control.
• Undertake thorough analysis and diagnostics to deliver measurable, sustainable improvements, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma.

Key Experience

• 6-7+ years' experience in a supply chain leadership role, with a strong fulfilment/operations background. This role would suit candidates ready to develop further in a Head of Supply Chain role.
• Experience within ecommerce, wholesale or a comparable fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Strong commercial understanding of cost-to-serve.
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and delivering measurable results.
• Experience working within ISO 9001 or an equivalent quality management framework.
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
• Driven, disciplined and results-focused, with a structured approach to identifying and delivering improvement.
