Description

The Head of Supply chain & Operations will be responsible for;

• Developing and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities.
• Lead and mentor a team to drive supply chain excellence.
• Lead Production & Warehousing alongside Planning
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with company goals.

Profile

A successful Head of Supply Chain & Operations should have:
