Our client, a reputable automotive business located near Guildford, is actively recruiting for the position of Head of Vehicle Leasing. This role offers a strategic opportunity to establish and grow a new vehicle leasing division from the ground up, providing significant autonomy and the potential for substantial career progression.

Duties of the Head of Vehicle Leasing:
  • Build and lead the new vehicle leasing and contract hire division from inception
  • Develop relationships with leasing providers, suppliers, and vehicle manufacturers to generate initial revenue streams
  • Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated leasing team
  • Engage proactively with customers to promote leasing contracts and grow customer base
  • Collaborate with web development and digital marketing teams to establish and optimise the division’s online presence
  • Drive business growth through strategic business development and relationship management
Requirements of the Head of Vehicle Leasing:
  • Proven experience in vehicle contract hire and leasing sales
  • Strong digital competency with understanding of online leasing sales channels
  • Established industry relationships with leasing companies, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Demonstrable leadership ability in building and managing a leasing sales team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities
  • Ideally based within proximity to Guildford, Portsmouth, or Farnham along the A3 corridor
