Gloucestershire (Hybrid Working) | Permanent | Full-time | £up to 80k DOE + bonus + car allowance

A senior commercial opportunity for an ambitious wholesale leader.

We are partnering with an established and growing lifestyle retail business to appoint a Head of Wholesale. This is a key leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing long-term strategic partnerships across the UK retail landscape.

The business has a strong brand identity, an engaged customer base, and exciting plans for continued expansion. They are now looking for an experienced wholesale professional to take ownership of this important channel and unlock new opportunities.

The role:

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the wholesale strategy, manage key national accounts, and identify new business opportunities to strengthen market share and increase profitability.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Developing and delivering the wholesale growth strategy

· Managing and growing relationships with existing retail partners

· Identifying and securing new stockists and commercial opportunities

· Leading a field-based sales team and agent network

· Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

· Working collaboratively with product, marketing, and digital teams to align commercial objectives

· Providing regular commercial insight and performance reporting to the board

About you:

You'll be a commercially astute wholesale leader with a strong understanding of retail partnerships and brand growth. You'll bring energy, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to deliver results.

We're looking for:

· Significant experience in wholesale, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods

· A strong track record of growing accounts and opening new business

· Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

· Experience managing and motivating sales teams

· Strong commercial awareness and market understanding

· The ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution
