The Trust and Governors are seeking an inspirational, dedicated, and dynamic Headteacher. In this key leadership role, you will shape the strategic direction of the school. You will also manage the day-to-day running of the school. You will set high expectations to help children flourish, while prioritizing staff development and high-quality learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a practising Catholic who provides inspirational leadership based on shared Gospel values.
• Work closely with governors and the Trust to shape and deliver the school's long-term vision.
• Champion top-quality teaching and learning to ensure every child maximises their potential.
• Inspire, develop, and guide staff at all levels while promoting a culture of mutual respect.
• Maintain a passionate commitment to the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils and staff.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with parents, the parish, and the wider Trust.
