Are you an experienced PA or senior administrator looking to make a real impact within education?

We are recruiting on behalf of a thriving, ambitious and proud school in Preston for a highly organised and proactive Head's PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in the smooth running of the school.

As Head's PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, helping to ensure the effective management of day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The role will require a little flexibility on some days to accommodate senior leadership team meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules for the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
• Organising and coordinating SLT meetings, preparing agendas, papers and taking minutes
• Supporting the school's recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Coordinating careers administration, events, open evenings and other key school activities
• Managing confidential correspondence and documentation
• Building strong relationships with staff, parents, governors and external stakeholders
• Providing professional administrative support across a range of school projects and priorities

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Experienced in PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative roles
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Professional, discreet and confident when handling confidential information
• An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills
