Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Health & Safety Advisor to support a diverse range of domestic and commercial projects while developing their career within a supportive and ambitious organisation.

The Role

Working closely with operational teams, you'll provide practical health and safety support across a broad range of specialist projects and framework agreements. You'll be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business.

Projects include:

  • Domestic and commercial M&E works
  • Construction and refurbishment projects
  • Planned and reactive maintenance contracts
  • Social housing schemes
  • Local authority and council frameworks
  • Specialist building and property services projects
Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
  • Provide day-to-day health and safety advice to operational teams.
  • Review and assist with risk assessments and method statements.
  • Support incident investigations and identify preventative actions.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and client requirements.
  • Monitor performance and promote best practice across multiple sites.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams.
About You
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience within construction, M&E, property maintenance, or a related sector.
  • Good understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress your career.
