We're supporting a renowned transport organisation in their search for a highly qualified HSE Manager to oversee safety performance across their busy bus operations in London. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will shape safety standards, drive improvements, and influence senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site-specific safety management systems aligned with corporate policies.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and safety investigations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support the delivery of safety training programmes and inductions for operational teams.
• Interpret legislation and turn it into practical, actionable safety guidance.
• Report on safety performance and lead safety communication initiatives within the organisation.

About You

• Fully qualified with NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in multi-site, high-risk environments with a strong leadership presence.
• Excellent stakeholder influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Ability to drive change, analyse safety data, and implement effective solutions.
