Freelance Health & Safety Manager – East London
Long-Term Opportunity | Developer | £350–£400 per day CIS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Manager to join a leading developer on a long-term residential project in East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety professional who is looking for stability, responsibility, and the chance to work closely with the site team on a major development.

The Role:

• Acting as the lead Health & Safety representative on site
• Ensuring compliance with all current Health & Safety legislation, policies, and company procedures
• Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and reporting
• Working closely with the Project Team, Site Managers, and subcontractors to drive a positive safety culture
• Reviewing RAMS, permits, and site documentation
• Supporting the delivery of a high-quality residential development

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Health & Safety Manager within construction
• Strong background working on large-scale residential or developer-led projects
• Excellent knowledge of CDM Regulations and current Health & Safety legislation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams and subcontractors
• Available for a long-term freelance assignment
