Location: Cumbria (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional with a passion for training and developing others?

This is a great opportunity to join a respected consultancy to take the lead on the delivery of health and safety training and courses to a diverse client base. Working as part of a professional team, you'll help clients maintain high standards and drive positive safety culture.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include:

• Delivering IOSH Working Safely and Managing Safely courses, alongside Level 3 Health and Safety and fire safety training.
• Developing and delivering engaging, practical training sessions through both virtual and face to face formats.
• Supporting clients with their wider Health and Safety training requirements and providing practical advice where required.
• Building strong client relationships and adapting training delivery to suit different audiences and learning needs.

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:

• A Level 3 Train the Trainer or equivalent teaching qualification.
• A strong Health and Safety background with experience delivering professional training, ideally including IOSH courses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
• A practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for improving safety performance.
