Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) looking for your next NHS opportunity?

We're currently supporting an NHS Trust's service supporting patients in their own homes with the recruitment of experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis for an initial 3-6 month assignment.

This rewarding community-based role focuses on supporting patients in their own homes, helping them regain independence, recover safely, and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. If you're passionate about delivering compassionate care and making a genuine difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.

💙 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Providing high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes
✅ Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
✅ Supporting patient rehabilitation and recovery plans
✅ Promoting independence and wellbeing
✅ Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
✅ Working closely with nurses and wider multidisciplinary teams

✅ Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

✔️ Previous Healthcare Assistant experience
✔️ Experience working within a healthcare or care setting
✔️ A valid Right to Work in the UK
✔️ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✔️ Excellent communication and patient care skills
✔️ A compassionate and professional approach
