Pay and Shifts

• Pay: £14.24 - £28
• Shifts: Days, Nights, and weekends

About the Role
This is a temporary flexible agency role with full or part-time hours, designed to fit your work-life balance. We are especially interested in Healthcare Assistants with experience in care or the nursing sector. Experience using Manual Handling equipment in a live environment is key for this role, with training offered where required. You will provide therapeutic care and support to residents, including companionship, while supporting patients and their families.

Key Duties

• Personal care with dignity and respect
• Use Manual Handling equipment safely in a live setting
• Implement and support care and treatment plans
• Provide companionship and daily support to residents

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in healthcare
• Experience using Manual Handling equipment in a live environment (training offered)
• Right to work in the UK
• A desire to make a difference to elderly residents living with dementia
